Conference Room Use Policies and Procedures

  • May only be reserved by USC faculty, staff and student organizations.
  • Loud or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
  • Borrow the room key from the Loan Desk using a valid USCard.
  • At the end of the meeting, leave the room in an orderly condition, turn off the lights and lock the door.

Do not overfill the trash cans. Failure to remove large trash items will result in a $25 fee.
  • Schedule a custodial cleanup with FMS in advance if you are not able to clean up the room.
  • An additional cleaning fee may be applied, if there is food or drink spillage, trash overflow or if food is left in the conference room.
  • Regularly scheduled meetings are discouraged and are subject to “bumping” by higher priority groups.
