USC physical therapists will teach you how to easily incorporate good postural corrections and stretching into your study plan, and how to use foam rollers to alleviate muscle aches and pains.

Pomodoro Study Session
Location: Norris Library West Conference Room
Mark Miller, PsyD will lead a structured, mindful study session to help you prevent burnout and exhaustion. Study periods are 25 minutes long, followed by 5 minute break periods that will include mindful activities.
